members has a company that does psychological profiling and said they have
certain phrases that identify people when they answer open ended
questions. Women almost always use our, us, we, but men nearly always use
I, me, my.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=5>I think we may be on to something about how maybe we are
viewing things from our gender basis. (Yea, biases?) So we indeed
need to perhaps listen more carefully to each other, and realize how we may be
seeing things differently, depending on whether we are male or female.
